5) Ability to take a photo using your Camera and upload it to the support case as an attachment
6) Edit RFIs (including changing the date and time and approving or refusing it)
7) Fully Secure Login/Logout Authentication
8) Search for Support Cases and/or RFIs
9) Create a Calendar event from an RFI to add to Google Calendar or your default Android Calendar.
